All our agents have previous telemarketing experience, along with a skill set to ensure the best possible outcome for each client project. All our employees have undertaken a psychometric test which enables us to identify the best roles and relationships for each individual. We are a close team and any new members are also psychometric tested to ensure that their profile fits with the rest of the team. Our agents are paid a competitive salary and a bonus. As our focus is on quality rather than quantity, the incentive is based on client retention, rather than number of appointments. We also have spot prizes and incentives for performance over and above set targets. Above all we try to make our office a fun place to work!
